Renée Day currently focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and general liability claims out of the firm’s Indiana office. She is a fervent advocate for the organizations and individuals she represents, and is dedicated to making their interests her number one priority. Renee takes a team approach to litigation matters, ensuring that her clients are fully engaged throughout the process.
Renee has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial and insurance litigation matters, as well as appellate practice and procedure. She has handled cases involving automobile litigation, UM/UIM, premises liability, transportation, coverage, legal malpractice, wrongful death, dram shop and professional errors and omissions. Additionally, Renee has experience working with municipal boards, commissions, police departments and governmental entities on a variety of municipal matters including labor and employment issues, EEOC sexual harassment claims and public finance bonds.
Outside of the office, Renee has enjoyed opportunities to work within the community. She is a former volleyball coach at Lowell High School. Renee is also a former volunteer at Opportunity Enterprises in Valparaiso. During her time at Opportunity Enterprises, she worked with the staff to help provide developmentally disabled individuals a supportive environment designed to increase their skills and assist them in living a full, enriching life. Renee enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son.
